Jussi Seppänen


Jussi Seppänen studied at the Tampere Conservatoire, the Sibelius Academy and the Amsterdam Conservatory. He has played cello with the Orchestra of the Finnish National Opera since 2004. He plays Baroque cello with a number of ensembles, including the Finnish Baroque Orchestra, the Helsinki Baroque Orchestra and Trio Origo in addition to Baccano, and he has recorded CDs (for Ondine, BIS, Alba and La Bottega Discantica) and given concerts in Finland and in various countries in Europe.
