Ytyä - Suomen Kansallisteatterin yleisötyö
At the Arch is a local audience work project in Kaarela by the Finnish National Theatre and takes place from 2019 to 2021. The purpose of the project is to provide theatre, opportunities for self-expression and places to meet people of different ages from the Kaarela region. The project is carried out in collaboration with the Finnish Baroque Orchestra (FiBO). In the project “At the Arch”, the 3-year journey is expressed like an arch of life. During this final year, it will look at two themes: surrendering and letting go. In September 2021, Kaarela will host the culmination of this journey, with the communal performance entitled “Laundry” taking place in Kannelmäki and Kuninkaantammi.
